Fee Structure

Our fees are progressive, covering everything from research to importing high-quality products at great prices. You pay the full fee for Stage 1, then only the additional cost as you move to each next stage. After Stage 3, there are no further fees beyond a short-term commission

Stage 1

Free

Initial research and supplier due diligence.

Includes:

• Research via contacts, online checks, and direct outreach
• Review of references, financials, legal status, and manufacturing capabilities
Quality assurance evaluation 
Detailed report and recommendation

Stage 2

$2,500 USD

(plus GST)

Deeper research, sample coordination, and negotiations

Adds:

Sample production and procurement
Pricing and trade term negotiations
Factory visit and facility inspection
Updated report and recommendation
Submission of financial reports by International Agencies
• Confidentiality agreements

 

Stage 3

$3,000 USD

+3% shipment value (first shipment only) (plus GST)

Final partnership setup and supply oversight.

Adds:

Final negotiations on pricing, payment, and delivery
•  Quality checks and monitoring during production and shipping
•  Support for initial shipments (first shipment only)
Monthly updates and on-ground inspector availability*

Note: Covers one more related product lines from similar manufacturers.
Commission: 3% of shipment value for the first shipment only, starting with the first commercial order.
Inspector Costs: Travel (if required) and hourly rates may apply which will be discussed.
(You pay an additional $ 3,000 on top of Stage 2.)

 

How It Works?

Stage 1

FREE - NO CHARGES UP FRONT

Stage 2

If you proceed (e.g., to samples), pay $2,500

Stage 3

When imports begin, pay an additional $3,000 (total $5,500) + 3% commission for the first order only.

After Stage 3, no further fees apply beyond the commission. To proceed with stage 2 is entirely at your discretion.
For repeat orders of the same product requiring our services, we will charge a 3% commission on the order value per product.

Confidentiality & Exclusivity

Suppliers
We share your details with potential suppliers only after they’ve signed a robust Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ensuring your information remains secure.

Clients
Your company and product details are kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose any information to third parties beyond what’s necessary for supplier coordination, as outlined above.

Exclusivity
The first client to progress through to Stage 3 for a specific product gains a degree of exclusivity for that product. If another party inquiries about similar products, we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding with them.
